Applying for JobKeeper as a Sole Employee

How to apply for job keeper if you are a sole director of your company and the only employee:

1. Sign up MyGovID and RAM

2. Once Ram is set up go to the business portal and log in here

3. Go to the tab Manage employees

4. Click on the link Job Keeper enroll - fill out the request form (put yourself as an employee, then create Single Touch Pay Roll, you can back date your start date to the 30th of Match)

5. Once you have added yourself as an employee you will need to pay yourself 2 x $1,500 back payments (easily done) before the will subsidies your payment. On every fortnight you will need to pay yourself $1,500 before the ATO will reimburse you.
