Last week, Ollie went into a client's business to order a delivery. The client is self employed and owns a flower business in Naremburn. He was pleased to hear that the house he assisted them in getting urgent finance for (in order to purchase), now has two couples living in it, each with one baby under one year old!
In short, Ollie was able to get a complex dual couple owner occupied purchase over the line quickly and now the clients are growing their families with one living upstairs and the other downstairs in a lovely house in Avalon. The two couples' babies now will grow up with a friend (and cousin) in the same house.
The deal had two self employed borrowers and two on a salary. Ollie said "it was complex and fun. P.S. her flowers are amazing!"
