Founder and Managing Director John Macalyk is Member #5 of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), and an associate member of the Australian Institute of Management. He was the 12th person in Australia to obtain a credit licence from ASIC. (Credit Licence number 364 295).
John is a pioneer of the Commercial Mortgage industry. He has also mentored and educated hundreds of brokers over the span of his career.
John provides unparalleled knowledge experience to all ‘AAA’ clientele and believes in continuing education for himself and his team.
Ollie Lum – Residential Loan Specialist.
Ollie’s relationship with ‘AAA’ began in 2007 when he took out his first investment loan at the age of 23. Since then Ollie has been helping customers choose the right products for their needs. He is vigilant in product research and believes no one scenario is the same. He has a Bachelor of Housing and has an unusual obsession with the Australian property market – whether you are a first home purchaser, refinancing or growing your property portfolio, Ollie prides himself on finding the right fit and looking after his clients long term.
Starting her journey with AAA in 2002, as Office Manager, where she learnt the fundamentals of business management and growth. She spent the next ten years as General Manager at Australia’s most successful fashion companies. Melissa returned to AAA in General Management capacity in 2016 and is committed to excellent customer service and continuing the momentum of the AAA legacy.
